Just when I was browsing the net the other day, I saw an article titled ‘Is it sin to have sex before marriage?’ as if it’s a question with an answer already. To me it sounded like the author of this article knew that sin includes sexual activity even with the right partner but before marriage (meaning that its the wrong partner at the time). One pastor once said that if you have a question about it, most likely it is sin.

Many would claim to be busy with other compelling assignments from employers and elsewhere, but God’s work should remain a priority. Often we hear people justify why they want to have sex before marriage, why they do drugs, why they steal and many more justifications to do sin, yet God has one command – keep my commandments. Recently I wrote an article inspired by one of the sermons by my pastor on ‘The fear of the Lord that is lost’. I recon people should take the matter of keeping God’s commandments seriously because the

consequences are not only after this life but even while we live in this world.
